Before & After School Care
As a convenience for our families OLV offers before and after school care. The extended care program offers professional care, supervision, recreation, and enrichment activities. A homework room also provides a setting for students who wish to do homework.
Before school care is open from 7:00 – to 7:40 AM each school day.
After school care is open from dismissal to 5:45 PM Monday-Friday (3:00-5:45 on Monday-Thursday and 2:00-5:45 on Friday). A snack with drink is provided each day. On noon dismissal days, students should bring a lunch to aftercare. After 5:45 PM, there is a $1.00 per minute late fee.
Fees
- Full Time – Both Before and After School Care is $105/month per child
- Before School Care Only is $35/month per child
- After School Care Only is $90/month per child
Drop-In Fees
Before School - For families who occasionally need to drop-off their child for Before School Care there is a $2/day per child fee, due when you drop off your child. (Students registered for after care who are dropped occasionally in the morning will be billed for before school care.) Please note that students who arrive before 7:40 AM must report to before school care; however there is no charge if the student is dropped after 7:30 AM.
After School – For families who occasionally need to keep their child in After School Care there is a $5 per hour, per family fee. The payment is due at pick-up.
