The OLV Social Hall opened its doors in 2006 to OLV parishioners and its neighboring communities.  This ballroom style facility combines beauty, diversity and functionality to accommodate up to 800 in a theater style setup. The movable walls allow the hall to be sectioned into smaller rooms to fit the size of your event.  The facility includes a stage, sound system, tables, chairs and a caterers kitchen which makes it ideal for wedding receptions.  From small to large, the OLV Social Hall can be the perfect place to host your occasion.

All Social Hall events must be scheduled by calling the Church Office at 205-991-5488.

Fees and policies differ for Parish, Parishioner and Non-Parishioner events. 

Parish events are those sponsored by the Parish such as Thanksgiving Dinner, Communion Reception, CCD Appreciation Dinner, Marriage Enrichment, etc.

Parishioner Events are those hosted by Parishioners of OLV and include Wedding Receptions, Bridal Teas, Anniversary Parties, After Rehearsal Dinners, etc.

Non-Parishioner Events are those hosted by people or groups outside of the OLV Parish Community.  These functions must be approved by the Church Office.
